Empowered Marketing Solutions was founded in Winter Park, FL in 2012 with one conviction: if a marketing program can't be traced to pipeline, it isn't a marketing program — it's overhead.

At the time, most agencies in Florida were selling creative and brand work to consumer-facing businesses. The mid-market B2B companies in professional services, technology, and commercial real estate had no specialist partner who understood their longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and the pressure to show marketing ROI to a board or investor.
